Geraldine Howley, Group Chief Executive

Geraldine was appointed Group Chief Executive in February 2003 at the formation of the organisation. She has a BA Hons Degree in Housing, is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).

In 2015-16 Geraldine served as the President of the Chartered Institute of Housing and in 2016 she was made a Doctor of the University of Bradford for her outstanding contribution to housing. In 2017 Geraldine was awarded an OBE in recognition of her services to housing, young people and the community.

She holds a number of key influential positions including Chair of the National Housing Federation Yorkshire and Humber Chief Executive Forum, Vice Chair of the CIH Governing Board, Council Member of the Yorkshire and Humber CBI and is a member of the International Housing Partnership. Locally, Geraldine is a member of the Bradford District Partnership and Bradford Producer City.

   

Greg Robinson, Assistant Chief Executive Resources

Greg was appointed to his current role in 2010 he is responsible for corporate services which includes the directorates of Finance, Human Resources, ICT, Legal and Governance. He joined Incommunities in 2004 moving from Craven District Council, to take up the post of Head of Business Services for Bradford Building Services. He was then promoted to the role of Director of Buildingservices. As its Director he oversaw the transformation of Incommunities’ repairs service into a more customer focused operation.

Greg has a degree in Applied Economics, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and was awarded an MBA from the Bradford University School of Management. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Greg has extensive experience and a strong track record in finance and operational management and delivering effective and efficient customer services. Greg is a Board Member of the Northern Housing Consortium, the appointed Independent Person on Craven District Council’s Audit Committee. He also sits on the Centre for Excellence for Business and Centre for Excellence Construction education boards for Bradford.

   

Adrienne Reid, Assistant Chief Executive Neighbourhood services

Adrienne joined Incommunities in September 2008 moving from the 1066 Housing Association in Hastings. She is a member of the CIH and holds a professional housing qualification. She has broad and significant experience of the housing sector.

Adrienne has responsibility for the neighbourhood service, looking after customer tenancies and providing support for vulnerable customers, the legal service responding to Anti-Social Behaviour and the delivering of a range of employment services, skills training and business start-up support for residents.

   

Angela Perry, Assistant Chief Executive, Asset Management

Angela is the newest member of EMT joining us from North-West based housing group, Torus and has over 25 years housing experience with extensive experience at executive level. She has a BA Hons in housing and holds the CIH professional qualification.

Angela has a strong track record in asset management, housing, repairs and maintenance, social investment and customer services. She is responsible for the group’s repairs operation, estate services, building services and new build and modernisation programmes.
