The cost of ringing the Sadeh Lok Customer Services team on the 0845 phone number is expensive to ring from mobile phones

We now have just one 01484 number available to contact Sadeh Lok

I find it frustrating when I ring Sadeh Lok and speak to different people and I have to tell my story over again

We are now using our computer system to record every contact you have with us. This will make it much easier for staff to be able to deal with your enquiries in a consistent way.

There is a problem with fly tipping on a piece of land near Littlewood Croft, Newsome

We erected some fencing to the area to prevent people from fly tipping. We are also working with  Community Rangers and Kirklees Environmental Health Department to tackle the problem. We have also consulted on and introduced a caretaking service to the scheme.

The play area at Brighton Street, Heckmondwike is overgrown and full of rubbish

We took part in a community event to clear and clean the play area

Some residents at Alpine Close, Batley said they do not want to pay for the landscaping service on the scheme

We are consulting with all residents to decide whether we should continue with the service

During the SOS day at St James’ Way residents reported a problem with children running through residents gardens

We erected gates to prevent children running through the gardens.

My toilet faces the wrong direction

When carrying out improvements to shower rooms we took into account residents’ religious preferences regarding the positioning of the toilets and fitting of mixer taps
