Our Tenants: Your Rights and Responsibilities
Becoming a tenant of Sadeh Lok will bring rights and responsibilities.
Examples of the rights you will enjoy are:
- To occupy your home peacefully
- For the property to be kept in a good state of repair
- For the gas installation to be inspected and tested regularly
- To make improvements subject to first obtaining consent
- To request a transfer or exchange
Examples of the obligations you will incur are
- To pay your rent and any service charge on time
- Not to use your property for any illegal, immoral or improper purpose
- To report any disrepair or defect that Sadeh Lok are responsible for
- To keep the garden in a good and tidy condition
