Our aim
- To carry out repairs to a high standard and without unnecessary delay.
- To complete repairs in one visit and in accordance with set urgency indicators.
Our responsibilities
- General maintenance and repair of your home including plumbing and electrical work.
- External decoration of the building and the decoration of communal areas, stairs and passages.
- Servicing of gas appliances, gas pipes and central heating systems.
Your responsibilities
- Repairs that are caused from neglect, misuse or carelessness by you, your family or guests.
- Replacing light bulbs, florescent tubes and smoke alarm batteries.
- Renewing or repairing wc seats.
- Clearance of blockages to waste pipes in sinks, baths and basins.
Response times
- Emergency repairs - within 24 hours.
- Urgent repairs - within 7 days
- Routine repairs - within 28 days
