Our Tenants: Paying Your Rent

Tenants are responsible for paying rent for their home.

You can pay your rent by:

Standing Order

If you have a bank account, you can pay by standing order. This way your rent is paid directly from your bank to us.

By Post

You can send a cheque or postal order through the post made payable to Sadeh Lok (please remember to put your name and address on the back of the cheque).

At the Post Office

You can pay your rent at any post office, using a Giro Book.

By Housing Benefit Direct

If you receive Housing Benefit, you can arrange for this to be paid directly to us. If your housing benefit does not cover all your rent you need to make up the difference using one of the methods described above.

If you would like further advice or information on any of these ways of paying your rent, need help with a housing benefit claim or need to discuss a problem paying your rent, please contact a member of our team on 0845 0577082.
