Sadeh Lok will endeavour to help existing tenants wishing to transfer to another home where for example a larger home or different location is required.
Demand for certain areas and house types is sometimes high with few vacancies therefore occurring. For properties becoming available for rent Sadeh Lok has set a target of allocating a percentage of these to applicants from the transfer list.
