Sadeh Lok is committed to providing the best services possible to all our customers. We believe our residents are entitled to live peacefully, without harassment or fear.

What is anti-social behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour includes all types of crime, which by definition is anti-social. It also includes behaviour that falls short of criminality but unreasonably interferes with other people’s rights to use and enjoy their home and community.

Examples of anti-social behaviour include:

  • excessive or unreasonable noise
  • racial harassment
  • abusive language
  • intimidation
  • harassment
  • misuse of communal facilities and areas
  • criminal behaviour
  • unruly behaviour by children

What is Racial Harassment?

Racial Harassment is a severe form of anti-social behaviour directed at someone because of their race or ethnic origin. Sadeh Lok will not tolerate racial harassment or other forms of harassment, victimisation, and intimidation or abuse because of a person’s race, faith, religion, disability or because of their sexuality.
