The service I receive from Sadeh Lok is of the upmost quality in every respect. I cannot fault Sadeh Lok in any way. The service is excellent in every way.
Sadeh Lok Resident
We have now completed our first project where we looked at the day to day repairs services and made several recommendations to improve the way things are done.
We were helped during our first project by TPAS (Tenant Empowerment Organisation) who acted as our independent mentor.
We produced a report and attended the Sadeh Lok Board meeting in September to present our findings. This was very well received by both Board Members and Managers. You can read the report by visiting Resident Scrutiny Inspections.
We are now looking for ideas for our next project so if you have any thoughts on what we should look at next please let me know. You can do this by contacting Jane Ashcroft at Sadeh Lok and she will pass your contact details on to me. We will consider all suggestions whether they come from the Board, staff or residents.
