Resident Scrutiny Group
A new challenge for Sadeh Lok was to involve our residents in scrutinising the services we provide to ensure that not only do we keep our quality promises but continually improve our performance in all service areas.
Our scrutiny Group was formed in 2013 and they carried out their first Scrutiny Project in 2014 with the help of an independent mentor TPAS – the Tenant Participation Advisory Service. The group plan to continue their work and are looking for new Members to work with them.
