Rents and Service Charges

  • You must pay your rent including any service charges for additional services provided by Sadeh Lok e.g. landscaping, caretaking or window cleaning. This is due every Monday for the week ahead. The first payment is due at the start of your tenancy.
  • If it is a condition of your tenancy that you have to pay a service charge for the property; that service charge is part of the total weekly/monthly rent.
  • If you are a joint tenant, you are both responsible for paying all the rent and any arrears (rent you owe). We can ask for all the money you owe from any individual joint tenant and, even if one leaves, you are both still fully responsible if the tenancy remains in joint names.
  • If you owe rent for this or a previous tenancy, we can use any money you pay us, to pay any arrears you owe before your current rent.
