Paying for Your Home and Services

When paying your rent;

  • Residents will receive a rent statement every 13 weeks
  • Sadeh Lok staff will contact you within 5 working days of a missed rent payment to find out the reason to help you minimise the risk of getting into debt 
  • When you are behind with your rent we will offer you settlement terms to help you bring your account up to date in a reasonable time
