Executive Team
The Sadeh Lok team is headed by the following Executive Directors;
Paul Dolan FCIH - Chief Executive
Paul was appointed Chief Executive of Sadeh Lok Housing Group in April 2011.
Paul has a degree in Housing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. During his housing career he worked for a number of national and locally based housing organisations and serves as an Independent Board Member of Leeds City Council ALMO, West North West Homes.
Paul was awarded a Scholarship to study Strategy and Leadership at Cranfield University Business School and has studied Advanced Leadership at Ashridge Business School.
In a previous career Paul worked as a chef for Raymond Blanc at the two Michelin starred Le Manoir aux "Quat Saisons" in Oxford.
Stephen Duck FCCA - Finance Director
Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants with over 25 years experience as a finance professional. Stephen is a commercially orientated accountant who previously held the senior executive role Director of Finance at Daily Mail and General Trust plc subsidiaries Data and Motors Digital Divisions. Prior to that, Stephen was Finance Director with the nursing and residential care home operator Amocura.
Stephen has been involved in corporate planning, restructuring and change management, and development of KPIs to measure progress towards corporate goals. Stephen is also a Board Member of LHA-ASRA Group.
Penny Gilyard PGDIP PM, MCIPD - Corporate Resources Director
Penny is an experienced professional who holds a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Penny has attended one of the UK’s most influential business schools, Cranfield University on the Executive Development course and is now an alumni member. In addition Penny is an active member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
With a proven track record of operating at a strategic level within both the public and private sector Penny has substantial operational experience spanning the full range of HR services with recognised expertise in the interpretation of employment legislation, change management programmes, policy development and governance.
