Improvements to customer services
We are striving to improve our customer services and for these to reflect what our customers want and not what we think they want.
We will not make false nor unrealistic promises and will endeavour to achieve continuous improvement in our service delivery within budgetary and regulatory constraints.
Improved housing choice
Sadeh Lok is looking for new ways to develop further homes that will provide more choice to our customers. At present Sadeh Lok is developing homes for sale on a shared ownership basis.
Building communities
Sadeh Lok not only builds property but also contributes to the building of communities.
Working in close conjunction with a number of partner organisations and agencies we are involved in numerous initiatives to improve the quality of peoples’ lives at a local level.
New services
Sadeh Lok has negotiated arrangements with leading companies for the provision of Contents Insurance and Child Trust Fund Policies.
We intend to look for other financial products to add to this range.
