Ken Elliott MCIH MCIM - Chief Executive
Ken joined Sadeh Lok in March 1997 from the Newlon Housing Group in London, where he held the position of Procurement Director. He has extensive knowledge of housing association work with direct experience of all disciplines including that of a voluntary board member. He served as a former Vice Chairman of the Federation of Black Housing Organisation (FBHO)and serves as an elected member of the National Housing Federation Council, recently he has been appointed to an advisory group within the Cabinet Office.

Clive Unitt FCA - Finance Director
Clive Unitt joined Sadeh Lok in August 2001. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a wide range of experience across the commercial and industrial sectors. Clive is deputy chair of the Trustee Company for the Pensions Trust and is a member of their Audit & Compliance Committee, Investment Committee and Remuneration and Appointments Committee.

Paul Dolan BA (Hons) - Housing Services Director
Following the completion of a degree in Housing from Sheffield Hallam University, Paul has worked for a number of housing organisations over the past 9 years. This is excluding a year taken out of the sector to work as a chef with Raymond Blanc at the two Michelin starred Le Manoir aux 'Quat Saisons' in Oxford.
As an Executive Director at Sadeh Lok, Paul has responsibility for Housing Management, Maintenance, Customer Service and Development operations. He is also the Director responsible for the subsidiary company, Access Matrix (Research and Consultancy).
Paul has studied Advanced Leadership at Ashridge Business School and was recently awarded a Scholarship at Cranfield University Business School.

Housing Management
The Housing Management team are responsible for the management of Sadeh Lok’s homes. The team deal with allocating and letting homes, managing rent accounts, managing schemes, dealing with anti-social behaviour and harassment and ensuring all our tenants receive a good level of service from Sadeh Lok.

Customer Services
Sadeh Lok Housing see the Customer Services Team as a vital element of our future success. The contact, guidance and advice given to all our customers through an effective Customer Service Team is fundamental to achieve excellence in service delivery. The team deal with reporting of repairs, help and advice about rent and service charge payments, reporting of anti-social behaviour and racial harassment complaints and general advice on any housing issue.

Finance
The Finance team look after all financially transactions including rent collection, payment of suppliers, payroll and treasury management.

Secretariat
The Secretariat Team provides secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman, Chief Executive (Company Secretary) and Directors. The team also provides a focal point for the dissemination of information and service to the Group Board and subsidiary Boards.

Human Resources (MCIPD)
The Human Resource focus is on driving the business forward through new people strategies. At Sadeh Lok we recognise that human capital provides competitive advantage. The team takes a proactive approach to people management and communicates the Groups commitment and investment in employee development and continuous learning.
