Our Organisation:

Sadeh Lok Housing Group was formed in 1988 and is registered with the Housing Corporation which is the regulatory body for registered social landlords.

In 2003 Sadeh Lok Housing Group launched its group structure. The group structure now reflects our expanding role as a mainstream, black registered social landlord (RSL) embracing both our current position and our future aspirations. The new structure means that we can deliver more products and improved services.

The Housing Divisions

Sadeh Lok believes in providing local solutions to local problems. We have therefore separated our housing operations into 2 divisions:

  • Yorkshire
  • Humberside

Each division will have its own trading name. West Yorkshire already operates as Sadeh Lok Housing. Humberside will have a name that will be chosen by the tenants in that area which best reflects their identity.

Each division has its own board with representatives from the local area.

Access Matrix Limited

Access Matrix is a commercial subsidiary which has the objective of generating income which will be used to support the not for profit activities of the Group.

The core business conducted by Access Matrix is research and consultancy with particular emphasis on BME issues. Access Matrix has clients across the UK.

Access Matrix has developed an Appraisal Toolkit which is of particular interest to Housing Association boards, and is promoting a Child Trust Fund which has been specially designed for the social housing sector.

Access Matrix also provides Life Coaching for employees and is a forerunner in the field of stress audits.

Sadeh Lok Developments Limited

Sadeh Lok Developments was primarily formed to provide a design and build service for Sadeh Lok, but also provides the same service for other Housing Associations.
