My Income Officer

Income Officers deal with income management issues including rent collections, rent arrears management, benefits and basic money advice and financial inclusion advice and support.

The Income Officers will also focus on preventing residents from getting in rent arrears and other debt problems by giving more focused support to residents on money matters. They will also work with other agencies to provide money management and employment advice and support to our residents.
