Managing Your Scheme

Sadeh Lok staff will;

  • Carry out an inspection of your scheme at least every three months and invite you to attend
  • Where you pay a service charge for a landscaping service tell you on an annual basis the level of service you will receive
  • Ensure that graffiti of an offensive nature is removed within one working day of being reported or identified by staff
