Hussain Brook - Head of Sadeh Lok

Hussain came into social housing from a background in the construction industry and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building.

In over 25 years in housing Hussain led operational teams in Repairs and Maintenance as well as Development before joining Sadeh Lok in 2004, in the role of Maintenance Manager.   

Hussain manages the local operational team based in Huddersfield, which delivers Housing Management, Customer Services and Repairs and Maintenance.  Hussain reports through to Adrienne Reid, Assistant Chief Executive Neighbourhood Services (Incommunities).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bushra Nazir - Housing Services Team Leader

Bushra’s role is to manage the Housing Management Team including  Neighbourhood Officers who are responsible for  management of empty properties, lettings tenancy management and enforcement issues,  Income Officers who are responsible for income management,  supporting residents to pay their rent, offering advice and signposting to other agencies and assisting with benefit claims.  Bushra also manages the Scheme Manager who looks after Rose Court our sheltered housing scheme for people aged 55 and over and the Neighbourhood Services Assistant who provides support to the Neighbourhood Officers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Simon McGuire - Customer Services Team Leader

Simon leads the Customer Services Team which is the first point of contact for Sadeh Lok.  The Team is responsible for new housing application enquiries and processing, new tenancy administration, repair orders and queries, rent payment and basic queries and providing information and advice on all tenancy related issues such as Anti-Social Behaviour.

Simon’s dedicated team work very closely with all other departments and provide key support and administration for the business.  Simon also looks after the day-to-day running of the main office including facilities management, the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of the building.
