Making Access Arrangements
- Our contractor needs access once a year to undertake the annual gas safety check and service
- The contractor will write to you giving a date and an AM or PM slot for when they intend to visit your home
- If this is inconvenient to you, let our Customer Service Team know on 01484 435715 choose option 1 and they will rearrange the appointment for a date more convenient to you
- If you do not contact us, the contractor will assume that the appointment they have allotted to you is convenient for you and will call in the morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) of the date stated
- Our contractor is usually good at keeping appointments, but from time to time anyone can slip-up
- If this does happen to you, and the contractor does not attend an appointment, let our Customer Service Team know on 01484 435715 choose option 1, as soon as possible, preferably on the day of the appointment, so that as well as making fresh arrangements we can take action to prevent it happening again in the future
- If you are not in on the day, the contractor will leave a card requesting you contact them directly to make a new appointment
- It is very important that you respond to this request, if you do not make a new appointment and allow access, Sadeh Lok will have no option but to commence procedures to get access to your home
- The no access procedure could involve legal action, and may result in a court ruling against you. In extreme circumstances it may result in you loosing your home and in all cases costs incurred will be recharged to the resident, which can be expensive

Emergency Repairs - 01484 435 715
To report a repair during normal office hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) please call 01484 435715 choose option 1. To report a non-emergency repair you can also email the Customer Service Team on customerservices@sadehlok.co.uk
To report an emergency repair* outside of normal office hours (between 5pm to 9am Monday to Friday, weekends and Bank holidays) call 01484 435715 choose option 1 and follow the instructions.
*Only genuine emergency repairs can be attended to out-of-hours. These include the total loss of electrical power; total loss of heat; a burst pipe causing flooding to your home. Please report other repairs during normal office hours.
Please do not email emergency repairs as there may be a delay before they can be responded to, which during Bank holiday periods could be several days.
Anti Social Behaviour - 01484 435 715
If you experience anti-social behaviour after 5pm and are unsure of where to turn you can call 01484 435715 choose option 1, then option 3 for the Out-of-Hours helpline. The operators on duty provide support and advice on low level anti-social behaviour issues, all in the strictest of confidence.
If you feel that you or your family may be at immediate risk or harm please dial 999 for the Police (101 in any other situation where the Police need to be notified but there is no immediate risk).
