Information, Consultation and Participation
- Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have a right to ask to see parts of your tenancy file. Your Neighbourhood Officer can give you more information about this
- We will consult you about our services. We will feedback to you the results of these surveys
- We will involve you about our plans if they will affect you. For example, we will consult you about modernising or improving your home or your area
- We will consult you about existing services or the introduction of new services
- We do not have to consult you individually about changes in the rent or service charge, but we will tell you in writing at least four weeks before we make any change
- We will consult you about any changes to the Charter for Involvement and the consultation framework
