100% of Sadeh Lok homes, with gas appliances, had a valid Landlords Gas Safety Record (LGSR)
Prior to works to taking place to a resident’s home or changes to services provided on a scheme individual consultation will take place with residents. This may be by an officer visiting your home or by questionnaire. Residents will be told who will be making the final decision and when the decision will be made.
All views put forward will be considered and residents will be informed of the outcome following the consultation.
