Gas Safety

To ensure you stay warm and safe, Sadeh Lok has arrangements in place to check all the gas appliances we have provided in your home once a year.

Our appointed contractor, currently Incommunities, will write to you each year at around the same time to request access on a specific date, either in the morning or the afternoon.

If the date provided by the contractor is not convenient to you, contact us and we will make alterative arrangements on your behalf.

To make a gas service appointment call our Customer Service Team on 01484 435715, choose option 1, or email a request for us to contact you by clicking here customerservices@sadehlok.co.uk  – please do not email any emergency breakdowns or if you have any safety concerns

Appointments are carried out between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday however  other appointment times may be possible depending on your circumstances.  Call our Customer Service Team on 01484 435715 choose option 1 to discuss your needs

If you are out when an engineer calls, they will leave a card asking you to contact Incommunities directly on telehone 01274 257575, by text on 07837 999628 or by email sadehlok@incommunities.co.uk alternatively you can contact Sadeh Lok’s Customer Service Team to make an appointment for you.

It is vital you respond to this request otherwise we may be forced to take action against you to force access.  We do not want to do this but as the annual gas safety test is a legal requirement, and for your safety, we will have no option

If you fail to keep an appointment, or do not have any credit on your gas meter when the engineer attends for a pre-arranged appointment, then the engineer may disconnect your gas supply until they can gain access and/or there is sufficient credit on the gas meter to carry out this gas safety test

Sadeh Lok always uses Gas Safe registered contractors and fitters but you should still always ask to see their identity cards before letting them into your home
