Gas Safety

  • To ensure you stay warm and safe, Sadeh Lok has arrangements in place to check all the gas appliances we have provided in your home once a year.
  • Our appointed contractor, currently Aqua Interiors Ltd, will write to you each year at around the same time to request access on a specific date, either in the morning or the afternoon.
  • If the date provided by the contractor is not convenient to you, contact us and we will make alterative arrangements on your behalf.
  • To make a gas service appointment call our Customer Service Team on 01484 435715, choose option 1, or email a request for us to contact you by clicking here customerservices@sadehlok.co.uk  – please do not email any emergency breakdowns or if you have any safety concerns.
  • Appointments can be made between 9am – 5 pm Monday to Friday – other appointment times may be possible to suit your circumstances – call our Customer Service Team on 01484 435715 choose option 1to discuss your needs.
  • If you are out when an engineer calls, they will leave a card asking you to contact Sadeh Lok’s Customer Service Team to make an appointment.
  • It is vital you respond to this request, otherwise we may be forced to take action against you to force access – we do not want to do this, but as the annual gas safety test is a legal requirement and for your safety we will have no option.
  • Sadeh Lok always uses Gas Safe registered contractors and fitters but you should still always ask to see their identity cards before letting them into your home.
