Helping us to improve our service to you

We aim to provide the best possible service to our customers and to continually improve what we do.

You can help us to do this by providing feedback. This can be by making a complaint, comment or compliment.

What is a Complaint? An expression of dissatisfaction with the services provided by Sadeh Lok

What is a Comment? A suggestion about how we can improve our services

What is a Compliment? If you are happy with the service you have received we would like to hear about it.

How do I make a Complaint, Comment or Compliment?

You can make a complaint, comment or compliment in the any of following ways:-

1. In person to any member of staff;

2. By phone – contact the Customer Service Team on 01484 435715 choose option 1;

3. In writing to our offices at Trafford House, 11 Halifax Road, Huddersfield, HD3 3AN;

4. By email to customerservices@sadehlok.co.uk;

5. By completing the freepost form on page 5 of our Customer Feedback leaflet. Click here to download a copy;

6. By fax on 01484 432645.

If you would like someone to give feedback on your behalf for example a relative, friend or adviser we are happy to respond to them if we have your permission.

Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with a service provided by Sadeh Lok your first point of contact should be the Sadeh Lok Customer Service Team on 01484 435715 choose option 1.  The staff should have the information needed and may be able to put things right straight away.
