Assured and Assured Shorthold tenancies
- An Assured Shorthold Tenancy often referred to as an Introductory or Starter tenancy gives you limited rights to occupy the property for a set period of time, normally twelve months after which time if the tenancy has been conducted in a satisfactory manner Sadeh Lok will grant a more secure Assured Tenancy.
- If the terms of the tenancy agreement are not kept to within this period Sadeh Lok can seek possession of your home or extend your tenancy under the same conditions.

- Assured Shorthold tenants do not have the Right to Acquire (Buy) their home or the right to request a transfer to anther Sadeh Lok property or the right to a mutual exchange.
- An Assured tenancy gives more rights and security. Possession of your home can only be granted at the discretion of a judge in the event that you breach your tenancy conditions.
