What will we do about your application?

Our Neighbourhood Officer will visit you in your home to get more details about your needs and circumstances.  This is also your chance to ask more detailed questions about sheltered housing.  If you are accepted, we put you on the sheltered housing waiting list.  When a property is available that would suit you, in the area you want to live in, we make you an offer.  However, this may not happen quickly as we do not get many vacant sheltered housing properties.
