Achievements

Since our formation in 1988 our most important achievement is the provision of over 1,000 homes for the benefit of our customers.

Customer Service Excellence (CSE)

We first achieved the Customer Service Excellence Award in February 2010 following the replacement of the Charter Mark Award for excellent customer service, which we held since 2002.  We have recently undergone our annual assessment and are pleased to announce we have been reaccredited with the Award.

Investors in People (IIP)

Sadeh Lok also achieved Investors in People status in 1999 in recognition of the organisation’s commitment to the development of its employees. Sadeh Lok has successfully retained this award following further inspections in 2002, 2005 and 2010.
