Access
- You must give our officers, agents and contractors access to inspect your home or do work on it if we have given you at least 24 hours' notice, in writing
- If we have asked to come into your home to inspect it or to do work but you do not let us in, we may ask you to pay us if we lose any money because we cannot get in
- If there is an emergency and we need to get into your home immediately, we have the right to force entry without giving you notice
- If we need you to leave your home temporarily so that we can do work safely, you must leave for as long as necessary so we can do the work
